Twenty-nine days and counting
Oh my goodness, after months of trying to find a way to Haiti I am now on my way. Sunday Mission Waco decided I could be of help in Ferrier, Haiti and we would leave on Nov. 4. So many thoughts going thru my head. EXCITEMENT and a little TERROR. Got up this morning to fix my coffee and realized that in just a few weeks I won't have a kitchen to fix coffee in. I am so looking forward to what God has in store for me after all this time waiting and wondering if I had made the right decision...was I really following where God was leading or was this a Barbara thing. I am so thankful for all the people who has supported me and cheered me on when I was discouraged, who have reminded me that maybe this was a time God wanted me to just wait and be patient. So hard but so worth it.

So, "give me patience, right now!" Is learned by waiting...Your friends and brothers and sisters in Christ raise praise to God for God's obvious work in your life!
